BAP Teacher Appreciation

At BDS we like to show our gratitude to our teachers monthly. This recognition can come in any form. The group can offer a service, cater a lunch, organize a special snack or create an experience. Signups for this event can be found on SignUp Genius.

BAP: Lunch with Dads
October 7, 2026 5:15 pm - 6:10 pm
We welcome our dads to visit with the students each nine weeks. Dads are welcome to order and extra meal through Campus Cuisine. Just come in and find a seat, and your child will find you. Lunch starts at 12:15. Anticipating Dads playing with the students at recess, students may wear PE clothing on these days.

8th Grade Lock In

It's a tradition at BDS for the 8th grade students to have a lock-in. The 8th grade homeroom teacher will be in charge of the event and organize snacks, etc. with 8th grade parents.

BAP: Grandparents' Day Celebration

We welcome all BDS grandparents to see our school! The children will perform a short presentation for the grandparents and visit the classrooms.

Jacob Brumfield will be on campus to take homeroom photos of students at the front of the school. Students will need to be in uniform this day.
